How the Process Works

Email your photo (or post if preferred) to us. Please do not reduce the size for email - If scanning your photo please use a high resolution.
We will contact you to confirm we have received it and give an estimate of price and how long the work will take (usually within 48hrs) and await your instructions to proceed.
An inspection copy of the completed work will be sent by email for your approval. Adjustments can usually be made at this stage.
If you are happy with the work you can send your payment via paypal or personal cheque.
When payment has been received the final copy of your new photo will be forwarded on to you via email / post.
If you are happy with the work - tell your friends. If you are not happy - no problem, there will be no cost incurred but, please, do tell us. Negative feedback is constructive!
If you prefer to use 'snail mail' this is not a problem. You can telephone beforehand with any questions you may have.
