1, Any image sent to Playing With Photos must be the legal property of the sender and not be subject to any copyright. If such copyright exists the sender must obtain consent from the copyright owner (usually the photographer) and any images sent for editing will be deemed to have been grantede such permission.
Playing With Photos will not be held liable for any costs resulting from court action concerning copyright infringement.
2, Prices are quoted on the amount of time deemed to be required for a particular job.
When instructions are received to proceed with the work inspection copies will be sent via email. Such images will not be final quality images. No fee will be incurred if customer is not entirely happy with results. Changes may be possible at this stage depending on the amount of extra work required but an additional fee may be charged if the extra work is excessive.
3, Payment can be made by paypal or personal cheque.
4, Payment must be received and cleared before final digital images or prints are sent.
6, Playing With Photos will not be held responsible for loss or damage to prints in postal transit.
5, It is illegal to send pornographic or offensive images by email and any such material received will be reported to the authorities.
